ebay age limit

I received a message from PayPal saying I could withdraw my money in 180 days, can you help me please?

hey i was not a crook or anything i on PayPal or eBay, all made the mistake of not understanding there was an age limit, minors IM paypal … But although it may seem obvious, it wasn't clear when I signed up. what Im wondering how it works? How do I get my money when that 180 days? cheers

Are you sure that email from PayPal? it might not be you can tell if you forward This e-mail to spoof@paypal.com they will leave if his honest message, or a parody
