I am a seller on Ebay, and someone ordered the product, but Paypal put on hold. What can I do?

Someone asked for a product that I sell a retailer Ebay. I accept Paypal and everything that I can withdraw your money from PayPal into my bank account, I'll order supplier's products to wholesale and dropship for him immediately.
