How can you register on eBay with an address APO AP (military addresses)?

Sometimes it sucks really living abroad with a U.S. address … Everything was sent to San Francisco by the USPS and they ship here. Why not APO and FPO addresses an option when registration for some sites still in Puerto Rico, Guam, the islands Somo, etc., are there!? And what should I do?
