Where can I get a VW Golf Mk1 mirror?

I have a Mk1 Golf, which was in excellent condition until a few months ago when someone pinched the mirror drivers side wing, I tried to locate the place and had no luck, I tried to get it on ebay but they are only sutible for the car and not the same as the originals Acting like to keep as much as possible origanal I do not want spoil it with cheapies dont look the same if someone has one or knows Wher can I get one, it would be much more appreiciated
