Leaving an emotionally and psychologically abusive relationship is a very demanding and act. courageous It can also be difficult to follow if you through. taking into account the fact that you've had a traumatic experience where you've been conditioned to believe false things about yourself and terrible, and you have taken a major blow to your self-esteem, it is not surprising that you might have second thoughts and considering a return to the relative "safety" of the relationship.  It is important to be gentle with yourself and try to remain calm and resolute in following through with decisions that you believe good for you and your faithful integrity. Here are 3 steps to success remain free of the emotional abuse:
