Even if it is more a nuisance than anything else, each shop owner how eBay should deal properly with non-paying bidders.

Once an eBay buyer and has won a bid on your item or click the Buy Now button and review the ordering process, they have entered into a legally binding transaction with you.

You are legally obliged to deliver the goods as advertising for them and they are legally required to fulfill their financial obligations in terms of the purchase transaction.

In rare cases some buyers take a long time to pay or do not pay at all.

Often these are people who have been swept away by life circumstances such as crisis management. Sometimes people of buyer remorse and will not go through with the transaction. Some people run in the event of financial difficulties that are outside purchase.

None of these circumstances bidders excuse their obligation to complete their financial transactions with you.

The first action, you must take is to give the agent the benefit of the doubt.

Bidders are malicious in such a small minority that you they do not lose valuable customers if you treat all non-paying bidder as a malicious agent by default.

Contact agent e-mail or phone, and politely remind the outstanding payment.

Remember, you're a business person, it must always remain professional, courteous and polite in your communications with the bidder, and always stick to the facts. Do not get emotional about the transaction and not allow emotions distort your decision.

Give the person a reasonable amount of time to respond to your request for payment.

If the person simply forgot the transaction so it's not serious. These people usually pay quickly once recalled.

If the bidder has buyer's remorse, you must use your trial. You can force a person to go through with the transaction, but they are likely to activate your refund policy or give you a pain in the future. Usually, these people are willing to cover your costs and cancel the transaction.

For people who have encountered financial circumstances that make it difficult for them to pay for it, you can talk payment terms or other arrangements that might suit you both.

As three strikes against non-paying their eBay ID, they are automatically suspended from eBay.

Golden Rule: Never send merchandise to the buyer before receiving payment in their entirety.
