What can I do if I get outbid on eBay?

OK, here's the thing. It is one thing I really want on eBay in general. I not really much money at once, and it's really annoying when I get outbid by people with deeper pockets than me sometimes 95% of the time and honestly, I'm sick of it. Other than doing just lucky or use the "Buy It Now!" option what can I do to help me get things I want to achieve? I thought about sending the person an offer to the outside but I do not know how to be tough. I can not think of anything else, and I do not use eBay too often.

Always wait until the last 30 sec (10 sec if you have a good internet connection) to bid. This will help a lot. If people see your bid, they will adjust their bids for ensure that you get beat. People are competitive, they will be out of your bid just so they can beat you. Look at us all here in competition for your attention, trying to answer your question If you wait until the last minute, then you will do two things: 1) You make you do not spend more than you wanted (if you win or lose) 2) You do not allow people to try to outbid you.
