Tracking dog collars?

Hello, I am posting a question in Reguards Dog Tracking Collars, I hunt the bears and the people I hunt with necklaces have Theas and Tracking Systems, now I have been looking for these systems, and found the tracker Classic, witch looked close to what they use on the ground, so I was wondering if someone could tell me where I may get one of these? I watching Ebay, but I have no paypal. Can anyone help please? Thank you.

Of course these things … excellent work We had a hunter bear who has lost up here in the Sierras .. CWA He disappeared for four days …. They found him, because his dogs were these necklaces !!!!! May he needed one too!
